We ship nationwide within Costa Rica. Orders are dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times
- Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM): 48 hours from dispatch.
- Outside the GAM: between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the area.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address. We do not currently offer free shipping — we are working to offer it on large purchases very soon.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track it. You can also check the status of your purchases from your account.
Hard-to-find Addresses
If you live in an area where the address does not appear on maps, you can add additional landmarks at checkout (for example: "100 meters south of the general store, blue house, white gate"). The more detailed the landmark, the faster your loot will arrive.
