Returns

We want you to receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

What can you return?

  • Products in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.
  • Defective products, products damaged in transit, or products that do not match the order.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered: we cover the cost of return shipping. No questions asked, no lengthy processes.
  • If you simply changed your mind: the customer pays for return shipping. Once the product is received in good condition, we will refund the product amount (not the original shipping).

How to initiate a return

  1. Write to us on WhatsApp or from the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund via SINPE Móvil within a maximum of 3 business days.

Products that cannot be returned

  • Sealed TCG cards that have been opened.
  • Customized or special order products.
  • Sale items marked as "final sale".
