We want you to receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.
What can you return?
- Products in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.
- Defective products, products damaged in transit, or products that do not match the order.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered: we cover the cost of return shipping. No questions asked, no lengthy processes.
- If you simply changed your mind: the customer pays for return shipping. Once the product is received in good condition, we will refund the product amount (not the original shipping).
How to initiate a return
- Write to us on WhatsApp or from the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund via SINPE Móvil within a maximum of 3 business days.
Products that cannot be returned
- Sealed TCG cards that have been opened.
- Customized or special order products.
- Sale items marked as "final sale".
