Shopping at Loot Drop is straightforward. If it's your first time, this guide will walk you through it step-by-step.
1. Explore the catalog
You can browse by category (Figures, Computing, TCG Cards, Puzzles, Collectibles) or search by name using the search icon at the top. Each product has photos, a description, and the price in colones.
2. Add products to your cart
On the product page, choose the variant (if applicable) and the quantity. Click on "Add to cart". You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.
3. Review your cart
Click on the cart icon (top right). Here you can adjust quantities, remove products, and see the total. When you're ready, click on "Proceed to checkout".
4. Shipping details
Fill in your address. If you live in an area that is difficult to find, add additional landmarks — that helps us deliver faster.
5. Pay with SINPE Móvil
Currently, we only accept SINPE Móvil. At checkout, we provide instructions:
- We'll show you Loot Drop's SINPE number and the exact amount.
- You make the transfer from your bank app.
- Take a screenshot of the receipt and send it to us via WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once we verify the payment, we'll dispatch your order on the next business day.
We will soon enable credit and debit cards. We'll notify you when it's ready.
6. Receive your loot
We will send you an email with the shipping tracking number. If you are in the GAM, you'll receive it within 48 hours. Outside the GAM, it will take 3 to 5 business days.
